Delete your account

Cricket Score Board Pro by LazyCreation | Habibok. You can delete your account and the online data linked to it at any time.

Option 1: inside the App (instant)

Open the App and sign in.
Go to More → Account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Option 2: by e-mail

If you cannot open the App, send an e-mail to info@habibok.com from the e-mail address you signed in with and write “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (your e-mail address is removed from our systems) and the optional phone number saved in your account.
Your own player profile, including its photo and the career statistics attached to it.
Your follows, profile claims and community posts.

What is kept

Teams you registered and the player profiles you created for other players are not your personal data: they belong to those teams and players. They stay in the App and move to the App owner, who can delete them if you ask by e-mail.
Matches you scored stay, because they hold other players’ scores; they are no longer linked to your account.
Data stored only on your own phone stays there until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Matches published by someone else in which your name appears as a player are the other scorer’s data; ask them to remove them, or e-mail us with the match code.
Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.
